Mada Media's Board of Directors has revealed the appointment of Mansoor Al Sabahi as the new Chief Executive Officer. This significant decision, under the leadership of Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, represents an important milestone for the newly formed company.
Al Tayer welcomed Al Sabahi into his role, asserting his confidence in Al Sabahi’s ability to navigate the company’s next developmental stage. He highlighted that Al Sabahi’s extensive experience and leadership qualities make him an asset in achieving the strategic objectives established for Mada Media.
In his initial statements as CEO, Al Sabahi expressed gratitude for the trust from the Board and dedicated himself to fulfilling the company's mission. He mentioned plans aimed at bolstering Mada Media’s influence in Dubai’s Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising landscape while prioritizing urban aesthetics, sustainability, and innovation to enhance the city’s global image.
Moreover, he emphasized the company’s goal to create a cohesive urban advertising ecosystem that fosters economic growth, generates high-quality investment opportunities, and strengthens collaboration with various partners, both national and international. These goals are closely aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, aimed at nurturing a sustainable and prosperous future for the emirate.
Founded in September 2024, Mada Media operates as a Private Joint-Stock Company under Law No. (20) issued by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The firm is tasked with managing and enhancing Dubai’s OOH advertising sector while also upholding the city’s visual coherence and sustainability objectives.
The Board of Directors is chaired by Mattar Al Tayer, with Hussein Mohammed Al Banna as Vice Chairman. Other board members include Badr Ahmed Anwahi, Maryam Obaid Al Muhairi, Mohammed Yousef Al Mudharreb, Ahmed Hassan Mahboub, Moaza Saeed Al Marri, Shehab Hamad Bu Shehab, and Saeed Mohammed Al Marri.
Bringing a wealth of experience in finance and strategic governance, Al Sabahi previously held senior positions at prominent financial institutions and the Roads and Transport Authority, where he last served as Director of the Commercial and Investment Department. His contributions were vital in advancing the RTA’s public-private partnership initiatives and investment strategy.
