In Jailer 2, Rajinikanth reprises his legendary role as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian, facing escalated challenges and conflicts. Ramya Krishnan returns as his on-screen wife, Vijaya Pandian, while Mirnaa takes on the role of Swetha Pandian, the daughter-in-law.
