Actor Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chaddha have joyfully announced the birth of their son, naming him Neer. They shared this heartfelt update via social media on Wednesday, offering an intimate look into their new chapter as parents. Along with the announcement, they included a meaningful Sanskrit verse, “Jalasya rūpam, premasya svarūpam – tatra eva Neer,” signifying purity, divinity, and endless love. Interestingly, the name “Neer” blends elements from both their names, adding personal significance.

Two touching photographs accompanied their announcement: one featuring the couple kissing their baby's tiny feet and another in which they lovingly cradle his feet. These images imbued a sense of warmth and protection around their newborn. Parineeti shared in her caption, “Our hearts found peace in an eternal drop of life. We named him ‘Neer’ — pure, divine, limitless.”

Though Neer was born on 19 October, the couple initially kept the joyous news quiet, sharing the moment only with immediate family. Days later, they released a joint statement commemorating his arrival: “He’s finally here! Our baby boy. We can’t recall life before this moment. Our arms are full while our hearts are fuller. Initially, we had only each other; now, we have it all,” they expressed with gratitude.

Parineeti and Raghav’s relationship blossomed privately, away from the spotlight. Their romance became evident when they were spotted together in early 2023, with the couple publicly confirming their relationship during an engagement ceremony in May 2023 at Delhi’s Kapurthala House. They tied the knot on 23 September 2023 in an elegant yet intimate ceremony in Udaipur, surrounded by family and close friends.

On the professional front, Parineeti last appeared in the film Amar Singh Chamkila, where her performance garnered critical acclaim. She has wrapped filming for an upcoming Netflix mystery thriller featuring Tahir Raj Bhasin and Jennifer Winget, and she will also be seen in the Hindi film Jugalbandi. As she steps into motherhood, fans eagerly anticipate her forthcoming projects and this thrilling new chapter in her life.
