During the family-themed week of Bigg Boss 19, tension rose significantly when cricketer Deepak Chahar made his entrance to support his sister, Malti Chahar. Kunickaa Sadanand had previously referred to Malti as a lesbian, igniting outrage both inside the house and on social media.
In the recent Weekend Ka Vaar promo, Salman Khan did not hold back in reprimanding Kunickaa for her thoughtless comments: "Kunickaa, on certain matters, you have shown a lack of sensitivity. Malti's brother clearly stated that everyone found your comment about Malti unacceptable. What are you trying to achieve by putting yourself in such situations?"
As Kunickaa sought to defend herself, Salman interjected: "Just a moment, you will not interrupt; you will listen quietly. Your reasoning is worse than your comment." Kunickaa swiftly replied, "No, please, spare me the embarrassment."
Previously, during a heated argument involving Farrhana Bhatt and Malti, Kunickaa reportedly mentioned to Tanya, "I am completely certain she's a lesbian."
This comment led to significant backlash across social media platforms. Rohit Shetty also addressed the remark, but Kunickaa attempted to change the narrative, insisting it was taken out of context.
Salman did not stop there; he also criticized Amaal Mallik and Shehbaz Badesha for their negative comments about prominent contestants like Gaurav Khanna, Farrhana Bhatt, and Pranit More. He admonished Amaal for his failure to confront contestants directly while being disrespectful towards Malti.
