Shah Rukh Khan Trains Daughter Suhana for Action in ‘King’

Shah Rukh Khan Trains Daughter Suhana for Action in ‘King’

Post by : Meena Ariff

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up to share the screen with his daughter Suhana Khan in the highly anticipated film ‘King’, and the actor is personally preparing her for the action-packed role. The film set has reportedly been transformed into a complete training ground, with Shah Rukh coaching Suhana for her high-octane sequences.

The father-daughter training news came to light during a recent event hosted by Danube Properties in Dubai, which Shah Rukh attended alongside filmmaker friend Farah Khan. During a candid stage conversation, Farah revealed that Shah Rukh has been actively guiding Suhana while filming ‘King’. The video of their interaction quickly went viral on social media.

Farah also praised Shah Rukh’s son Aryan Khan for his directorial debut with the web series The Ba**ds of Bollywood* and highlighted Suhana’s dedication. “Aryan has made an incredible web series. Suhana is so hardworking and is now part of King. I know you’re personally training her in action,” Farah said, with Shah Rukh smiling and nodding in agreement.

Suhana made her Bollywood debut in 2023 with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’, a teen musical featuring Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, and others. ‘King’ is her second major project, and expectations are high for her performance alongside her father.

The film’s first look and title teaser were unveiled on Shah Rukh’s 60th birthday, showcasing him in a darker, grittier avatar performing intense stunts. He described his character as “very interesting, full of vices, and a killer who doesn’t even ask before acting.” The script is penned by Siddharth Anand and Sujay Ghosh, and the film is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures.

‘King’ also boasts a star-studded ensemble cast, including Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhay Verma.

Scheduled for a 2026 release, the film promises a thrilling mix of action, drama, and star power, with fans eagerly awaiting to witness the iconic father-daughter duo on the big screen.
