"Accompanied by my ‘best half’ @PoonamSinha, I went to meet our very dear family friend, the incredibly talented @dreamgirlhema. We wished them well and checked on our elder brother's and family's health too."

Dharmendra was released from the hospital on November 12, having received treatment since late October. His medical team confirmed that he would recuperate at home while under familial care.

"Dharmendraji left the hospital around 7:30 a.m. and will be cared for at home as per the family’s decision," stated his doctor.

The family has requested privacy during this time and confirmed his discharge with a statement:

"Mr. Dharmendra is now home and will continue his recovery there. We ask the media and public to respect our privacy and allow him the space he needs during this healing period. Thank you for your prayers and good wishes for his health and longevity."

A Timeless Bond

As a celebrated figure in Indian cinema, Dharmendra is remembered for iconic roles in films like Sholay and Dream Girl. His recent appearance was in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, alongside Shahid Kapoor.
