Tere Ishk Mein has showcased a remarkable performance at the Indian box office, garnering an estimated ₹10.25 crore on its fifth day, bringing its total India net earnings to approximately ₹71 crore across multiple languages. Featuring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon, the film stands out as one of the month’s top performers, drawing audiences even amidst mid-week fluctuations.
The film debuted with ₹16 crore on its opening Friday, followed by ₹17 crore on Saturday and reaching a high of ₹19 crore on Sunday. A predictable decline occurred on Monday with ₹8.75 crore, but the film rebounded remarkably on Tuesday, fueled by positive word-of-mouth. The Hindi version remains the biggest contributor, while the Tamil version continues to perform steadily, establishing a robust multi-language foundation.
Tere Ishk Mein is surpassing the performance of Dhanush's earlier 2025 film Idli Kadai, which made around ₹50 crore domestically. Its sights are now set on the benchmark of ₹91 crore set by Kuberaa. With current trends, this Aanand L. Rai directorial is poised to exceed that number, potentially marking Dhanush’s most successful film of the year.
