Even healthcare professionals may attend to individual complaints instead of linking them to prolonged stress exposure.
Feeling fatigued occasionally is normal, yet relentless exhaustion—even after adequate sleep—can be a hidden indicator of chronic stress. The body remains in a heightened state of alert due to stress, preventing complete rest. Over time, this depletion leads to ongoing fatigue that rest alone fails to alleviate.
Stress-induced headaches may manifest without discernible triggers. They often present as a tight pressure around the head or an intermittent dull ache. Given that scans and tests typically show normal results, these headaches are often treated symptomatically while the underlying stress remains unaddressed.
