Dramatic visuals from Wenzhou, China, show a cruise vessel tilting sharply at the port as Typhoon Bavi triggered unusually high tides across the region. People nearby were seen moving away from the area as the vessel leaned dangerously to one side. Authorities have not reported any casualties so far.
