The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) has entered into a pivotal alliance with Presight, a prominent player in applied artificial intelligence (AI) and a subsidiary of G42. This collaboration aims to expedite the integration of agentic AI within Abu Dhabi's small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).
This agreement was publicly announced during a signing ceremony featuring key Abu Dhabi officials, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to boosting industrial capabilities and enhancing supply chains, while also positioning SMEs as essential drivers of sustainable economic development.
Presight is set to deliver cutting-edge agentic AI solutions to ADCCI’s vast network, which includes over 102,000 registered SMEs. The rollout has commenced with a select group of businesses and is expected to broaden across the SME landscape via a phased deployment strategy.
The initiative aims to empower businesses to seamlessly incorporate AI-driven operational intelligence into their daily workflows, resulting in enhanced productivity, quicker decision-making, streamlined operations, and increased competitiveness.
SMEs are fundamental to Abu Dhabi’s economy, constituting around 98% of all businesses in the emirate, employing 46% of the workforce, and contributing 42.8% to the non-oil GDP.
His Excellency Ali Mohamad Al Marzooqi, ADCCI's Director General, emphasized Abu Dhabi's status as the foremost SME hub in the MENA region. He stressed that SMEs are pivotal to the emirate's economic resilience and future growth, asserting that access to agentic AI will foster innovation and support a diversified economic landscape.
The deployment will leverage Presight’s national AI systems, offering scalable and secure solutions tailored to the needs of SMEs. These systems promise to provide autonomous workflows, real-time decision support, and ongoing business optimization.
Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, highlighted that this partnership aims to transition AI from a mere technological asset to a foundational component of business operations. He remarked that agentic AI will enhance essential business areas like procurement, compliance, logistics, and operational decision-making, boosting resilience and efficiency among SMEs.
ADCCI will facilitate preferential access to the program for registered SMEs, making advanced AI technologies more attainable for businesses of all sizes.
This partnership further cements Abu Dhabi's reputation as a global center for innovation and advanced industries. ADCCI's pivotal role in the private sector will ensure that AI solutions are implemented responsibly and effectively, aligning with national development ambitions.
SMEs interested in this innovative program can express their interest by registering on Presight's official platform.
