BRICS Security Chiefs Meet in New Delhi for Cooperation

India hosted the 16th BRICS National Security Advisers' Meeting in New Delhi, bringing together senior security officials and representatives from BRICS member nations and partner countries. The gathering focused on strengthening cooperation and addressing emerging regional and global security concerns.

Ajit Doval Welcomes International Delegates

National Security Adviser Ajit Doval welcomed high-level delegates attending the meeting, including Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, South African Minister Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, Iranian representative Ghadir Nezamipour and UAE official Ali Mohammed Hammad Al Shamsi. The discussions highlighted the importance of continued engagement among BRICS nations.

Focus on Regional Stability

The meeting provided a platform for participating countries to exchange views on regional security developments and emerging geopolitical challenges. Officials discussed the need for coordinated approaches to address evolving threats and strengthen stability across different regions.
