A stabbing incident erupted at an apartment complex in Changwon, South Korea, on Friday, leaving a woman in her 20s in cardiac arrest and a man in his 30s seriously injured. The police reported that the attack occurred at 11:36 a.m. in the parking lot of the apartment shopping center in Seongsan District.

According to authorities, the woman was stabbed by a man wielding a weapon. A witness told police that the victim ran from near the apartment toward the shopping center, shouting for help. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene to provide medical attention.

Police have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the attack, including the motive and relationship between the two parties. No further details on the suspect have been released as the inquiry continues.

Local law enforcement has urged residents in the area to stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity. The incident highlights ongoing concerns about safety in residential and commercial areas in the region.
