Gold prices showed little change on Tuesday, having dipped to their lowest level in over two months in the previous session.
As of 04:04 GMT, spot gold was priced at $4,333.91 per ounce, indicating minor fluctuations in early trading sessions. US gold futures for August delivery also saw a slight decrease of 0.1 percent, settling at $4,358.80 per ounce.
In the realm of other precious metals, spot silver experienced a 0.5 percent drop, now at $67.85 per ounce. Platinum too saw a decrease of 0.1 percent and was valued at $1,752.45 per ounce.
On the other hand, palladium posted gains, climbing up by 1 percent to reach $1,216.42 per ounce.
Overall, the precious metals market exhibited mixed results; gold maintained its position following recent dips, even as silver and platinum decreased slightly while palladium recorded a modest rise.
