Bollywood star Kangana Ranaut recently made a spiritual pilgrimage to some of Gujarat's renowned temples, including Somnath and Dwarka. She took to social media to share photos and videos from her enlightening journey.
Somnath Temple Highlights
At the Somnath Temple, recognized as one of India’s revered religious sites, Kangana was spotted engaging in aarti and performing sacred rituals. She donned an eye-catching teal blue salwar suit crafted from tissue silk, embellished with printed accents and golden borders around her flared pants and matching dupatta.
Accompanied by a friend, she performed the rituals harmoniously. In her social media update, she expressed, “Aaj Baba Somnath ji ke darshan aur aarti ki, saath he aaj dhwaja pujan kar baba ke mandir mein dhwaja arpit karne ka saubhagya mila. Har har Mahadev.”
Exploring Dwarka
Before heading to Somnath, Kangana visited Dwarka, another key pilgrimage destination. Clad in a powder pink printed saree, she shared a heartfelt video with her supporters. In her post, she stated, “Aaj param punya Dwarika ji mein saare sansar ke swami Dwarikadhish ke darshan kiye, hamesha ki tareh unko milte he mann shant, shaleen aur unke prem mein magn ho gaya. Dwarikadhish ki kripa, prem aur bhakti sada bani rahe.”
Gujarat Adventures
During her visit to Gujarat, Kangana also embarked on a safari in Gir National Park, coming across majestic lions. She documented moments with her nephew Prithvi, who joined her for the adventure.
On the professional front, Kangana recently starred in Emergency, a project she also directed. She is gearing up for her upcoming films, including Queen 2 and Tanu Weds Manu 3. The script for Queen 2 is finalized, slated for filming both in India and internationally, while Tanu Weds Manu 3, directed by Aanand L. Rai, is set to commence in 2026 following his current project Tere Ishk Mein.
Kangana’s visits to the temples reflect her spiritual journey, as fans eagerly anticipate her subsequent film endeavors.
