Lee Je-hoon delighted fans in Kuala Lumpur as he celebrated his 20th anniversary in the entertainment industry with a special fan meeting held at Zepp KL on April 15, 2026. The event attracted hundreds of enthusiastic supporters who gathered to celebrate the milestone with the popular star.

Known for his lead role in the hit drama Taxi Driver, Lee has gained widespread recognition across Asia. His performance in the series earned him prestigious awards, including the Grand Prize (Daesang) at the SBS Drama Awards, further cementing his popularity among international audiences.

During the event, Lee expressed heartfelt gratitude to Malaysian fans, who warmly welcomed him upon his arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Fondly referred to as “Abang Taxi” by local fans, he shared that the overwhelming reception made him feel deeply touched and appreciated.

The two-hour fan meeting featured multiple segments filled with interactive activities, games, and personal storytelling. Lee also performed songs for his fans, creating a lively and emotional atmosphere throughout the event.

One of the highlights included Lee stepping into his character Kim Do-gi from Taxi Driver, surprising selected fans with flowers during a special segment. The interaction added a personal touch, making the event even more memorable for attendees.

Fans from different countries, including Thailand, attended the event, with one fan sharing how Lee inspired her to learn Korean and pursue her dreams. The actor responded warmly, showcasing his appreciation for the impact he has had on his fans’ lives.

Lee also shared his desire to work on a project in Malaysia in the future, hinting at the possibility of filming a series or movie in the country. His visit not only celebrated his career milestone but also strengthened his connection with fans in the region.
