This collaboration enables the Emirates Group to tap into Digital Dubai's extensive digital ecosystem, enhancing employee experiences, operational effectiveness, and fostering knowledge and best practices across the board.

The partnership was formalized by His Excellency Matar Saeed Al Hemeiri, the Chief Executive of Digital Dubai Government Establishment, along with Amira Al Awadhi, Senior Vice President Human Resources – Operations and Systems at Emirates.

The signing event was attended by notable figures including His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, and His Excellency Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director General of Digital Dubai.

Focus on Integration and Data Services

As part of the agreement, the Emirates Group will gain access to a variety of Digital Dubai's offerings, including digital services and data analytics.

This alliance is dedicated to enhancing system integration, facilitating safe data sharing, and creating a cohesive and adaptable digital landscape throughout the organization.

Supporting Growth through Enhanced Infrastructure

His Excellency Matar Saeed Al Hemeiri emphasized that this agreement showcases Dubai's ambition for an all-encompassing digital ecosystem through robust collaboration between different sectors.

He remarked that accelerating digital transformation for sustainable outcomes demands collaborative expertise and shared resources, which ultimately delivers long-term value for all involved.

Moreover, he noted that this partnership acts as a benchmark for future collaborative efforts that aim to promote the shared digital landscape, thereby strengthening Dubai's competitive stance in the evolving digital economy.

Enhancing Employee Benefits

Oliver Grohmann, Executive Vice President for Human Resources at Emirates, expressed eagerness to partner with Digital Dubai in an initiative aimed at improving employee experiences within the group.

He noted that this collaboration will streamline internal processes, enable on-the-spot data handling, and minimize operational hurdles, allowing employees to prioritize essential tasks.

Grohmann added that the partnership aims to foster not only convenience and efficiency but also a vision for integral digital foundations that enhance daily living and business operations in Dubai, positively impacting employees, the city, and all participating organizations.

Security and Integration Framework

The collaboration sets up a robust framework for cooperation, grounded in Digital Dubai's advanced ecosystem. This framework encompasses high service standards, responsive support systems, and stringent information security protocols that adhere to global best practices.
