Starbucks is ushering in the new year with an exciting overhaul as it rolls out its 2026 winter menu in all US stores starting January 6. This lineup features beloved fan favourites alongside innovative drinks and food inspired by the latest social media trends, such as the viral “Dubai chocolate” phenomenon.
The brand is enhancing its health-centric offerings with two new protein beverages: Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte, following the introduction of vanilla-based protein options. Additionally, Starbucks is incorporating sugar-free caramel syrup into its core menu, representing a shift towards lighter customization alternatives.
The winter range also aligns with a worldwide culinary trend, showcasing the debut of the Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha and Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha, both influenced by the popular TikTok flavour wave. For pistachio enthusiasts, the menu features a vibrant pastel-green assortment, including the returning Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, complemented by a new offering—the Pistachio Cortado. Classic seasonal drinks like the Chestnut Praline Latte and Eggnog Latte are also making a return.
Food selections are being revamped as well. The winter menu will introduce Truffle, Mushroom & Brie Egg Bites for a limited time. A reimagined Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Sandwich will now feature Cherrywood-smoked turkey bacon and a sharper white cheddar. The beloved Valentine Cake Pop is set to make its reappearance.
These new offerings follow Starbucks’ 2025 holiday menu, which included popular drinks like the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, and Iced Sugar Cookie Latte, along with four festive cold foam variations.
With fresh tastes, returning classics, and trend-inspired creations, Starbucks is set to launch 2026 with a menu designed to attract both loyal patrons and new customers eager for unique experiences.
