In a significant event held under the patronage of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the 19th graduation ceremony of Emirates National Schools (ENS) Al Ain Campus took place at the United Arab Emirates University, representing a beacon of educational achievement.

This year, 222 students, part of the “Year of Family 2026” group, celebrated their accomplishments. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan was among the distinguished guests, along with senior officials, educators, and proud parents.

The event underscored the UAE leadership's robust commitment to enhancing the educational landscape and fostering the development of national institutions. Leaders spoke on the necessity of equipping students with contemporary knowledge and future-focused skills through innovation-driven education.

Sheikh Mohammed conveyed his congratulations to the graduates and their families on behalf of Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, wishing the students success in their forthcoming endeavors. He stressed the importance of diligence and dedication in contributing to national progress.

Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Hameeri, Chairman of the ENS Board, acknowledged Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s unwavering support, which he stated has significantly boosted the quality of education at ENS both nationally and internationally.

He further elaborated that ENS remains committed to advancing educational programs in fields like artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainability, and clean energy, while also upholding Emirati identity and Arabic language in student learning.

The ENS Director-General, Lachlan Mackinnon, emphasized that the schools are molding future-ready students through technological integration and innovation. Support for talented students through scholarships was also highlighted.

He proudly noted that students earned 23 prestigious awards in AI, science, creativity, arts, and education, in addition to achieving 31 accolades in sports and martial arts at different competitive levels.

The ceremony was also attended by Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, reaffirming the significance of education in fostering national growth.

Concluding the event, officials recognized the graduates and exceptional students. Guests and families shared their pride and best wishes for a promising future in service to the UAE.

Founded in 2002, Emirates National Schools have been pivotal in nurturing skilled, knowledgeable, and innovative generations prepared to tackle future challenges.
