The Organising Committee for the VI World Nomad Games held its latest meeting in Bishkek to review preparations for the upcoming international event. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ulan Mamatkanov, who assessed the progress made by various government agencies and partners involved in the preparations.
Final Phase of Preparations Begins
Officials noted that preparations for the prestigious sporting and cultural event have now entered the final stage. Discussions focused on ensuring that all arrangements are completed on schedule and that every aspect of the event meets international standards.
Focus on Infrastructure Development
A major part of the meeting was dedicated to infrastructure readiness. Authorities reviewed the status of competition venues, transportation facilities, accommodation arrangements and supporting services that will be required to host athletes and visitors from around the world.

The committee emphasized the importance of close cooperation between ministries, local authorities and event management teams. Officials stressed that effective coordination will be essential to guarantee smooth operations before and during the games.

Deputy Chairman Ulan Mamatkanov highlighted the personal responsibility of department heads in ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks. He called on all institutions to maintain a high level of commitment as preparations move toward completion.

Several new directives were issued during the meeting to improve coordination and accelerate ongoing work. Government agencies were instructed to address remaining challenges and strengthen operational planning for the event.
