China School Builds Rooftop Playground With 200m Track

Post by : Shakul

A government school in China has constructed a playground on its rooftop to tackle the problem of limited land. The rooftop now features a 200-meter running track and over 3,000 square meters of additional play space.

Strong safety railings and protective layers have been installed to ensure students can play and exercise safely. This initiative provides children with more space for sports and physical activities within the school campus.

In contrast, many government schools in India continue to face a shortage of adequate playgrounds, particularly in urban areas where land is scarce. Experts note that better planning and infrastructure can significantly enhance student development.

This unique rooftop playground demonstrates how innovative solutions can address space limitations and support the physical and educational growth of students.
