In an interview on CNBC’s Squawk on the Street, Kurtz proclaimed that AI will not signal the demise of software-as-a-service (SaaS) or cloud technologies. He stated, “I reject the notion that AI will eliminate software. It's crucial for defending AI itself,” he explained, emphasizing the interdependence between AI technologies and software infrastructures as businesses increasingly weave AI into their operational frameworks.

CrowdStrike has long been at the forefront of integrating AI capabilities into its Falcon platform, allowing for quicker detection and response to cybersecurity threats compared to traditional methods. It wouldn’t make sense to have one without the other,” he added.
