1. Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) – Monthly Essentials Aid

Overview:
SARA is a monthly cash aid program designed to assist low-income households with essential living expenses.

  • Monthly Aid: RM100

  • Eligibility: Targeted at households registered under the Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) system, particularly those in the B40 and M40 income groups.

  • Usage: Funds can be used at participating retail outlets nationwide.

  • One-Off RM100 Top-Up: In addition to the monthly aid, a one-off RM100 top-up was announced in July 2025 for all eligible adults aged 18 and above. This initiative aims to provide immediate relief during the Merdeka period.

  • Validity: The one-off top-up is valid from 31 August to 31 December 2025.

  • How to Claim: Eligible recipients can use their MyKad at participating stores to redeem the aid. For those not listed, it's advised to update details with the Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM) or Pejabat LHDN.

2. MSME Digital Grant MADANI 2025

Overview:
This grant supports Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in adopting digital tools to enhance business operations.

    • Malaysian-owned businesses.

    • Registered with SSM, PBT, or SKM.

    • Minimum annual turnover of RM50,000.

3. Bantuan Sara Hidup (BSH) – Household Living Aid

Overview:
BSH is a cash aid program aimed at easing the financial burden of low-income households.

  • Eligibility:

    • Malaysian citizens.

  • Additional Benefit: Recipients are also entitled to the Skim Khairat Kematian (Death Benefit Scheme), which provides financial assistance in the event of a family member's death.
