FIVE by Sisterhood Unveils January Growth Opportunities

FIVE by Sisterhood Unveils January Growth Opportunities

Post by : Badri Ariffin

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 5 January 2026 — As women across the UAE step into the new year seeking clarity, balance, and meaningful progress, FIVE by Sisterhood is launching a curated set of January experiences to promote intentional growth, well-being, and authentic connection.

Shifting focus from hustle culture, this January programme embodies a trend towards sustainable success grounded in community, structure, and self-leadership. Through leadership development, organic networking, and restorative wellness, FIVE by Sisterhood is crafting environments where women can reset, refocus, and approach the year with renewed confidence.

The initiative kicks off on Wednesday, 7 January, with the introduction of the Action Accelerator Circle (AAC) — a 90-day leadership mastermind and the latest level of the Sisterhood Collective membership. Open to women throughout the region, the AAC caters to seasoned professionals, leaders, and founders who, despite their ambition and capabilities, often find themselves feeling overwhelmed and confined to a cycle of execution.

Distinct from conventional courses, the Action Accelerator Circle is a high-accountability mastermind that tackles real leadership dilemmas. Over three months, participants engage in a structured reset and clarity journey, followed by bi-weekly sessions dedicated to strategic decision-making, delegation, systems management, leadership development, and sustaining momentum. The programme includes live problem-solving, hot-seat sessions, and expert-led workshops tailored to the group’s ongoing needs.

AAC is crafted for women ready to transition from micromanagement to empowered leadership. By the close of the programme, participants usually gain sharper priorities, enhanced confidence, diminished decision fatigue, and measurable advancements in their careers or businesses, paving the way for growth that cultivates freedom.

Continuing in January, Ignite in Five, a dynamic speed networking event for women, is slated for Tuesday, 13 January, at The Lighthouse, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This event focuses on fostering meaningful connections rather than transactional exchanges, allowing women to engage in quick, five-minute conversations, each holding the potential for collaboration, new opportunities, or enduring friendships.

Scheduled from 6:45pm to 8:45pm, the evening will feature a welcome drink, curated giveaways, and a thoughtful gift for each participant. With limited seating, Ignite in Five offers a vibrant yet intentional atmosphere to broaden networks and begin the year in connection. Tickets are priced at AED 120.

Concluding the January agenda, FIVE by Sisterhood will host a wellness-centered evening on Thursday, 23 January, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at FS8, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. At a cost of AED 175, this session incorporates Pilates and sound healing, providing women a chance to reconnect with their bodies and soothe their minds following the festive season's intensity.

FS8’s signature method integrates Pilates, toning, and yoga into a comprehensive experience aimed at invigorating and restoring, fostering both physical release and mental clarity.

Collectively, these January offerings illustrate FIVE by Sisterhood’s broader mission: to cultivate intentional spaces where women can mature, connect, and lead with clarity, upheld by community, structure, and authentic dialogue.
