India was represented at the funeral ceremony of Iran's late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, with senior Indian dignitaries paying their respects in Tehran. The delegation conveyed condolences on behalf of the Government and the people of India during the official mourning ceremony.
The Indian delegation included Union Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita and Bihar Governor Syed Ata Hasnain, who attended the ceremony held at the Imam Khomeini Grand Mosalla. Their participation reflected India's diplomatic engagement with Iran during the period of national mourning.
Indian Representatives Offer Condolences
