The national football team of Kyrgyzstan received a major morale boost ahead of its upcoming international fixtures after Adylbek Kasymaliev, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and President of the Kyrgyz Football Union, met with players and coaching staff in Bishkek.

The meeting took place at Dolen Omurzakov Stadium on June 5 as preparations intensified for two international friendly matches against Palestine. The games, scheduled for June 6 and June 9, are part of FIFA’s June international calendar and offer both teams an important opportunity to assess their form and strengthen squad chemistry.

During the interaction, Kasymaliev expressed his confidence in the abilities of the national team and praised the dedication shown by the players and coaching staff. He highlighted the importance of representing Kyrgyzstan with pride and determination on the international stage.

The Kyrgyz Football Union president emphasized that football continues to unite people across the country and serves as a source of national pride. He encouraged the squad to perform with discipline, teamwork, and commitment while making the most of the valuable international experience these matches provide.

The upcoming friendlies against Palestine are expected to help the coaching staff evaluate player performances and tactical approaches ahead of future competitive assignments. The matches also offer younger players an opportunity to gain valuable exposure at the international level.

Players welcomed the support from senior national leadership, describing it as a strong motivation ahead of the fixtures. The team has been training intensively in recent days, focusing on fitness, coordination, and match readiness as it prepares to face a determined Palestinian side.

With growing expectations from football fans across the country, Kyrgyzstan will look to deliver positive performances in both matches. The visit by Adylbek Kasymaliev has further strengthened the team's confidence as it aims to showcase its progress and ambition in international football.
