Krungthai Boosts Digital Business Finance Services

Krungthai Boosts Digital Business Finance Services

Post by : Shakul

Krungthai Bank has announced a major upgrade to its digital financial services, introducing electronic letter of guarantee and promissory note solutions through its Krungthai BUSINESS platform. The move aims to simplify and modernize financial processes for business customers.

The new system allows companies to issue and renew electronic letters of guarantee and manage promissory notes entirely online. This marks a shift away from traditional paper-based procedures, which were often time-consuming and required multiple steps.

Krungthai BUSINESS has been designed to meet the needs of modern enterprises that require flexibility and efficiency in managing financial transactions. With the integration of e-LG and e-PN services, businesses can now complete important financial operations quickly and with greater accuracy.

The platform enables real-time tracking of transactions and supports 24/7 access, allowing companies to manage their financial commitments at any time. This improves operational efficiency and helps businesses respond more effectively to changing market conditions.

The electronic letter of guarantee service provides fast processing, with approvals completed within a few hours. Businesses also have the option to request a physical copy on the same day if required, ensuring both digital convenience and traditional flexibility.

Similarly, the electronic promissory note service allows businesses to issue new notes or roll over existing ones in advance. This helps companies manage liquidity more effectively and streamline their financial planning without unnecessary delays.

As part of its 60th anniversary celebrations, the bank is offering special incentives for users of these services. The initiative reflects Krungthai Bank’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurs with innovative digital solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.
