Former Bollywood star Rimi Sen, recognized for films like Hungama and Dhoom, is making waves in the Dubai real estate market after stepping back from acting.
In a recent interview with Buildcaps Real Estate LLC, Rimi reflected on her new career path, noting the city's inviting nature. She stated, “95% of the population here consists of expatriates, and the city focuses on making people’s lives better, easier, and more comfortable.”
She contrasted Dubai's structured real estate environment with that of India, commenting, “The real estate market here functions smoothly because there is discipline. Developers and agencies follow a proper system, making business easier. In India, changing policies and endless taxes make life difficult.”
Rimi also explained how real estate agents in Dubai are viewed similarly to financial advisors, which differs from India, where standard brokerage requests can be awkward.
Amid discussions on social media about her appearance, Rimi clarified that any enhancements have been limited to fillers, Botox, and PRP treatments. She added, “People can look good with these treatments and discipline. If someone thinks I am doing something wrong, they can suggest improvements to my doctors.”
Rimi Sen’s journey from the glitz of Bollywood to the dynamic world of Dubai real estate showcases her versatility and success, emphasizing her ability to thrive in multiple arenas.
