Numerous senior figures were present, including Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The 2025 cohort featured participants from a variety of sectors, including federal and local government entities, as well as the private sector.
