A helicopter crash occurred approximately 100 yards off State Road 35, near Wolf Creek Campground in Wasatch County. The aircraft had four people on board at the time of the accident.

Emergency responders arrived promptly at the scene. One passenger suffered a critical head injury and was airlifted to a nearby hospital for urgent medical care. The remaining three individuals were evaluated at the scene and did not sustain life-threatening injuries.

Authorities have secured the crash site, and investigators are working to determine the cause of the accident, including potential mechanical failure, pilot error, or environmental factors. Local traffic and access near the campground were temporarily affected during the emergency response.

The FAA and local aviation authorities are expected to release updates once the investigation progresses.
