Marking International Men’s Day provides a great opportunity to unwind and connect with friends. Instead of opting for the usual night out, many are now seeking out thrilling getaways to relax and forge new bonds. Singapore has emerged as a favored destination, known for its dynamic attractions, culinary delights, vibrant nightlife, and stunning landscapes. This carefully crafted 48-hour itinerary presents a fun and invigorating escape for friends in Singapore.
Offering the ideal mix of novelty and comfort, Singapore is a clean, secure city with incredible food and activities catering to all tastes. Whether your group appreciates nature hikes, indulging in street food, coffee spots, lively bars, or immersive cultural experiences, Singapore ensures a well-rounded yet unhurried adventure.
Mornings here typically start with a peaceful ambiance, especially in places like Joo Chiat, noted for its colorful heritage shophouses. A morning stroll, complemented by kaya toast and kopi, sets a delightful tone before the city enters full swing. The leisurely morning transitions into a bustling day as the group discovers diverse neighborhoods, food courts, and charming eclectic bars.
Day 1 – Morning Thrills at MacRitchie Reservoir

The TreeTop Walk—a 250-meter suspension bridge soaring 25 meters above the ground—provides stunning vistas of the forest canopy. On the trails, participants can enjoy vibrant birdlife, lush greenery, and possibly spot playful macaques. This is an immersive nature experience where your body actively navigates hills, boardwalks, steps, and bridges.

The dishes are homemade and bursting with rich, aromatic flavors. Fresh ingredients such as lemongrass, tamarind, belacan, and galangal enhance the depth of each meal.
Signature dishes include Ayam Buah Keluak, known for its earthy flavor, and Nyonya Laksa, a delightful coconut-based noodle soup infused with spices and prawns. For a satisfying option, try the Nyonya Bento Rice Set, which presents an assortment of traditional items on one plate.
