Actress Taapsee Pannu has decisively dismissed rumors alleging that she has moved abroad to settle with her husband, Danish badminton star Mathias Boe. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Taapsee criticized the publication for its misleading title, stating, “Can there be a less false and less sensational headline!!!??? Ya phir headline galat ho ya sahi aap tak ayegi 'sabse tez' portal… Maybe slow down and do a little bit of research…..???”
She clarified that she is currently enjoying her home in Mumbai, humorously adding, “PS-wondering WTF is this while munching my dosa in this humid, hot Mumbai morning.”
Regarding her life in Denmark, Taapsee shared, “What might seem unusual for Danes is perfectly normal for us Indians; Mathias's parents live with us and have their own space downstairs… It genuinely feels like home.”
Discussing how she balances her time between India and Denmark, she mentioned, “It varies with work commitments. We're fortunate that a majority of our shoots occur in winter, which is the ideal time to film in India… We typically spend time in Denmark during summer and return to India after the rain subsides.”
Taapsee and Mathias tied the knot in 2024.
Fans can look forward to seeing Taapsee in her upcoming film, Gandhari—a revenge thriller directed by Devashish Makhija, which will be released on Netflix. Her last appearance was in Khel Khel Mein, starring alongside Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Aditya Seal, Pragya Jaiswal, and Fardeen Khan.
