Dubai — This UAE National Day weekend, Global Village transforms into a vibrant celebration of culture and entertainment. While entry is ticketed, numerous free shows and activities are set to ensure everyone can join the festivities.
Fireworks and Drone Displays
From December 1 to 3, catch a spectacular fireworks show illuminating the night sky at 9pm, showcasing the colors of the UAE flag. Following the fireworks on December 1 and 2, a captivating UAE-themed drone performance will mesmerize audiences, blending technology with national pride.
‘From the Desert to the Stars’ Operetta
The Main Stage features a theatrical dance performance, From the Desert to the Stars, which runs twice daily. This operetta celebrates the UAE’s 54th National Day through storytelling, choreography, and cultural representations that exemplify unity and heritage.
Dive into the UAE Pavilion
The UAE Pavilion invites visitors to immerse themselves in culture, showcasing renowned Emirati symbols like wind towers and traditional coffee pots. Inside, visitors can:

Harbiya Dance Performances
On December 1 and 2, enjoy live Harbiya dance performances at Arabian Square, Happiness Street, Falcom, and the Main Stage from 5:45pm to 9:30pm, providing an authentic taste of Emirati performing arts.
Gardens of the World
Global Village presents the Gardens of the World, a picturesque attraction stretching from the Egypt Pavilion to the Iran Pavilion. This garden features exotic flora, iconic global landmarks, and peaceful walking paths perfect for capturing memories and unwinding.
30 Seasons of Wonders Parade
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the 30 Seasons of Wonders Parade dazzles with lively performances, vibrant lights, and uplifting music. This awe-inspiring parade takes place three times a week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) after Maghreb prayer, offering two shows each evening.
Dragon Lake Laser Show
Dragon Lake, home to a Guinness World Record for the largest underwater display screen, has been upgraded to feature six thrilling laser shows that incorporate fire, animations, and mesmerizing effects, providing an unmissable attraction for visitors.
Evening Light Show
The Light Show captivatingly melds LED lights and ambient music, creating an enchanting ambiance in front of the Main Stage, perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy a magical evening.

Weekday entry (Sun–Thu): Dh25 per person (excluding public holidays)
Any day entry: Dh35 per person
Free entry: People of Determination, seniors above 65, and children under three
Opening hours: 4pm–12am (Sun–Wed), 4pm–1am
