However, celebrity fitness coach Siddhartha Singh, who trains Bollywood star Tamannaah Bhatia, says cutting out sugar completely may not be the best idea. In a recent video shared on Instagram, the coach explained three key reasons why having small amounts of sugar every day can actually help people stay healthy and consistent with their fitness goals.

He said, “Most plans fail because they demand perfection.” When you include a small, controlled amount of sugar daily, it helps make your diet plan more enjoyable and realistic. Consuming small amounts of natural sugar helps maintain energy levels without the crash that comes from processed sugar.
