The Ajman Transport Authority has announced that a remarkable total of 30,378 public transport trips were completed in the first quarter of 2026. This surge indicates a growing trend in the utilization of public transport throughout the emirate, reflecting customers' increasing faith in the services’ quality and reliability.
Engineer Sami Ali Al Jallaf, Executive Director of the Public Transport and Licensing Corporation, stated that these figures signify ongoing oversight of operational performance along with a dedicated effort towards enhancing service standards. He highlighted the Authority's focus on boosting efficiency to cater to the evolving needs of passengers.
He further mentioned that initiatives are currently underway to strengthen the public transport system's readiness and quality. This commitment ensures effective mobility and a safe, organized travel experience for residents of Ajman.
Additionally, the Authority is refining its operational strategies to align with the growing mobility demands, contributing positively to Ajman's overall quality of life.
