Baidu, a big tech company in China, is looking to hire more people who know about artificial intelligence (AI). This year, they are offering 60% more jobs in AI than before. Baidu wants to find smart people to help build new AI technologies, like smart computers that can talk, listen, and learn. They are searching for workers in 23 different business areas and 11 research fields, including machine learning and speech technology.
Other tech companies in China, like ByteDance and Alibaba, are also trying hard to hire more AI experts. There are not enough skilled workers for all these jobs, so the competition is tough. Many companies are offering special training and good opportunities for new graduates who want to work with AI.
This rush to hire AI talent is happening because technology is growing fast, and companies need more people who understand how to build and use these smart systems. If you are interested in computers and technology, now is a great time to learn about AI!
