Taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from June 22 to 24, it featured over 400 exhibitors and more than 600 international brands, alongside five country pavilions showcasing participation from over 45 nations. This strong representation emphasized the exhibition's rising significance as a global venue connecting key players in the timber industry.
The second day of the event continued to witness vibrant business activities, as exhibitors engaged in meetings and direct negotiations with potential buyers. Organizers noted that this high level of activity clearly indicates the exhibition's vital role in opening new business avenues and enhancing connections across global markets.
An on-site survey revealed that agreements made on the event's first day amassed a total value exceeding AED 250 million, underscoring the caliber of participating firms and the robust interest in this year's event.
Among the distinguished visitors was Mr. Saud Al Sheikh, CEO of the upcoming Saudi WoodShow, set for September 1-3 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Exhibitors expressed satisfaction with the seamless organization of the event and the caliber of interactions witnessed. They noted a rising demand for innovative machinery, automation technologies, and smart manufacturing solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency.
Participants highlighted an increased focus on technology-driven solutions, emphasizing the industry's evolving requirements.

Sessions aligned with national initiatives such as UAE Vision 2031 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, discussing how these frameworks support industrial advancement and fruitful business prospects.
Topics included cutting-edge wood-processing methods, sustainable sourcing, and the implications of large-scale projects on market demand, with discussions around the role of AI, CNC systems, 3D printing, and ESG considerations.
In a statement, Walid Farghal, General Manager of the Dubai WoodShow, remarked that the exhibition confirmed its place as a strategic business venue with a notable impact on market dynamics, evidenced by the strong interactions between buyers and sellers and the keen interest in advanced technologies.
Alongside, the International Furniture Accessories, Components & Semi-Finished Products Exhibition (IFAC) gathered manufacturers and key stakeholders, showcasing advancements in furniture manufacturing.
IFAC responded to evolving market expectations and created collaborative opportunities in technology-driven and sustainable solutions.
The three-day exhibition confirmed Dubai's role as a significant link for the timber industry, strategically positioned as a key gateway connecting suppliers with high-demand markets.
Backed by its advanced infrastructure and a welcoming business environment, Dubai reiterated its status as a premier destination for global industrial exhibitions and trade events.
