The Omani Hajj mission has returned to the Sultanate of Oman after completing its duties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where it provided comprehensive services to Omani pilgrims during the Hajj season.
The delegation arrived at Muscat International Airport, where they were received by Dr. Mohammed bin Said Al Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, along with several senior officials from the ministry.
Officials welcomed the returning team and appreciated their efforts in ensuring smooth facilitation and guidance for pilgrims throughout their spiritual journey in the holy sites of Makkah and Madinah.
The mission was led by Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Rashidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, and included multiple specialized teams such as religious guidance, administrative, financial, medical, and media delegations.
It also included representatives from the Hajj Companies Supervision team, the State Financial and Administrative Control Authority, and the Royal Oman Police, reflecting a coordinated multi-agency effort.
During their stay in Saudi Arabia, the mission provided continuous support to Omani pilgrims, assisting them in performing Hajj rituals with ease, safety, and proper religious guidance.
The team had departed Oman on May 13 and operated across Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites, ensuring that pilgrims received organized services and assistance throughout the pilgrimage period.
Authorities stated that the mission played a key role in maintaining smooth operations and addressing the needs of pilgrims, contributing to a successful Hajj season for Oman.
