Paramount+ has reached a five-year streaming agreement with Professional Bull Riders (PBR) to carry the premier "Unleash the Beast" series live, beginning this December. The arrangement shifts the flagship bull riding circuit onto a major streaming platform and changes how audiences will access the sport.
"Unleash the Beast" is PBR’s top division, featuring the world’s leading 35 riders competing across 17 states for points, prize money and the world championship. Under the new deal, Paramount+ will stream the entire five-month schedule live, while CBS Sports will continue to provide select "Game of the Week" broadcasts during the 2026 season.
The move underscores a wider migration of live sports to digital platforms as traditional TV viewing softens. Streaming services like Paramount+ aim to capture viewers with on-demand replays, multi-device access and greater flexibility in following a packed PBR calendar.
The 2026 circuit opens in December in Manchester, New Hampshire, kicking off a high-energy season of events. The agreement also complements Paramount’s expanding live-sports portfolio, following its exclusive deal to stream UFC events next year.
For fans, the partnership promises broader access with live coverage from every venue and a more immersive viewing experience nationwide. It also bolsters PBR’s mainstream streaming presence while strengthening Paramount+’s live sports offerings.
