Trump Mobile Launches: $499 Gold Smartphone, US-Based Service Unveiled

Trump Mobile Launches: $499 Gold Smartphone, US-Based Service Unveiled

Donald Trump’s family has started a new phone service called Trump Mobile. They also announced a shiny gold smartphone that will cost $499 and is said to be made in the USA. The service and phone were introduced at Trump Tower in New York by Trump’s sons, Donald Jr. and Eric.

Trump Mobile will use the networks of the three biggest US mobile companies, so customers will get strong coverage. The monthly plan is called “The 47 Plan” and costs $47.45. This price is a nod to Trump being the 45th and now 47th president. The plan gives you unlimited calls, texts, and data, plus extras like telemedicine (doctor visits by phone), roadside help for your car, and texting to over 100 countries. There are no contracts or credit checks, and customer support will be based in the United States.

The Trump Mobile phone called the T1, is gold-colored and will be available later this year. The Trump family’s company is not actually making the phone or running the network—they are letting another company use the Trump name under a license. The company making the phone hasn’t been named yet, and it’s unusual to have a smartphone made in America because most phones are built overseas due to high costs.

Trump’s family business has recently moved into areas like digital media and cryptocurrency, and this phone service is another way they are using the Trump name for new products. Some people have raised concerns about whether Trump is using his time as president to make money for his family, but the Trump family says the business is now run by his children.
