Two Women Found Dead in Osaka Apartment Case

Two Women Found Dead in Osaka Apartment Case

Post by : Shakul

Two women were found dead inside an apartment in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture, triggering a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding their deaths. The victims have been identified as a 76-year-old woman and her 41-year-old daughter.

The discovery was made on Wednesday afternoon when a male relative went to check on them after receiving a call from the daughter’s workplace. She had reportedly failed to show up for work, raising concern among her colleagues.

At around 12:30 p.m., the relative arrived at the apartment and found both women lying motionless on the floor. He immediately contacted emergency services, informing authorities that the two appeared to have suffered multiple injuries and were bleeding.

Police and emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the call. Upon examination, both women were pronounced dead at the scene. Initial findings suggest that the injuries may not have been accidental, but officials have not yet confirmed any details regarding the cause.

The apartment is located approximately 1.7 kilometers east of Shinodayama Station in a residential area of Izumi City. Investigators have begun examining the surroundings and gathering evidence to determine what led to the deaths.

Authorities have stated that autopsies will be conducted to establish the exact cause and time of death. They are also working to determine whether any third party was involved or if other factors contributed to the incident.

Police have urged the public to avoid speculation as the investigation is still in its early stages. Further updates are expected once forensic results and additional findings become available.
