Though France faced defeat, they had accumulated enough points earlier in the tournament to finish on top of the group based on goal difference. This match marked Uganda’s first win in this tournament, a moment that will be etched in their youth football history.

The final day of Group K was filled with excitement as Uganda, France, Canada, and Chile each concluded the group stage with four points. Uganda's win against France and Chile's 2-1 victory over Canada resulted in a tie for all teams, making goal difference the critical factor in the standings.

France, benefiting from the best goal difference, claimed the group’s top spot, followed by Canada in second place. Uganda finished third but still progressed to the Round of 32, while Chile was eliminated despite their triumph over Canada.

This exceptional situation highlighted the competitiveness within the group, where each team managed at least one victory and displayed promising emerging talent.

With the group stage now concluded, France, Canada, and Uganda will continue their journey into the Round of 32. France advanced as group leaders, showcasing consistency in their initial two matches. Meanwhile, Canada advanced despite losing to Chile, thanks to their earlier strong performances.

In Group J, Ireland secured their advancement after a goalless draw with Paraguay, accumulating a total of seven points and finishing at the top of their group with solid defensive teamwork throughout their matches.

Despite Paraguay's accumulation of four points, they finished third and narrowly missed automatic qualification. However, they still have a chance for progression based on other tournament results.

Uzbekistan qualified as the second team from Group J after a commanding 6-1 win over Panama, ensuring their spot in the Round of 32 with a total of six points.

Panama exited the tournament without any points, while Uzbekistan's dominant performance underscored their attacking prowess, setting them up as potential surprises in the knockout stages.

In Group 9, the United States maintained their impressive form with a 2-0 success against the Czech Republic, securing nine points and finishing the group unbeaten. The American team demonstrated a blend of strong defense and inventive attack throughout the tournament.

The Czech Republic, finishing with three points, did not advance, marking the end of their campaign after a series of mixed performances.

Burkina Faso also advanced from Group 9 into the Round of 32 following a 2-0 victory over Tajikistan, finishing with six points and showcasing commendable growth after an initial defeat.

Tajikistan concluded their campaign without points and faced challenges in one of the tournament’s toughest groups.
