The judging panel is currently assessing the submissions and is expected to reveal the honouree(s) next month. This seventh edition offers a prize of USD 1 million, with the winner(s) celebrated at a ceremony in Abu Dhabi on February 4, 2026, coinciding with the UN-designated International Day of Human Fraternity.

Since its launch in 2019, the Zayed Award has recognized 16 honorees from 15 different nations, spotlighting both individuals and organizations dedicated to promoting human fraternity and peaceful coexistence. Notable past awardees include global leaders like UN Secretary-General António Guterres, King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan, as well as the late Pope Francis and humanitarian efforts such as World Central Kitchen and the Community of Sant’Egidio.
