Vietnamese Ambassador to China, Mr. Phạm Thanh Bình, officially presented his credentials to Chinese President and Communist Party General Secretary Xi Jinping in Beijing. The event was held at a formal ceremony that welcomed 16 newly appointed ambassadors from different countries.

The ceremony was not just a diplomatic routine—it was a symbol of strong and ongoing friendship between Vietnam and China. Mr. Bình, who is newly appointed as Vietnam’s Ambassador to China, shared messages of respect and goodwill from Vietnam's top leaders. These included Party General Secretary Tô Lâm, State President Lương Cường, and other senior Vietnamese officials.

Vietnam's Commitment to Strong Relations

Ambassador Phạm Thanh Bình expressed his sincere hope to contribute meaningfully to the close ties between the two countries. He said that he would work hard to support the stable, healthy, and long-lasting development of the relationship between Vietnam and China.
This statement reflects Vietnam’s desire to continue building mutual trust and understanding with China. Mr. Bình said that he is fully committed to enhancing cooperation, promoting friendship, and creating more opportunities for both sides to grow and benefit together.

President Xi’s Message to the World

After the presentation of credentials, President Xi Jinping hosted a warm reception for all the newly arrived diplomats. During his welcome speech, he thanked the ambassadors for their efforts and conveyed his best wishes to the leaders and people of their home countries.
President Xi noted that he hopes the new ambassadors will play a positive role in deepening mutual friendship, boosting cooperation, and strengthening ties between China and their respective nations. His message was clear—China is ready to work hand-in-hand with other countries.

A Spirit of Cooperation

President Xi shared that China values its friendships around the world and is willing to deepen cooperation in different fields, including trade, education, science, and culture. He emphasized that all such partnerships should be built on the principles of mutual respect, equality, and shared benefits.
He also said that China aims to expand international communication and understanding. By working closely with other nations, China wants to help bring more peace, stability, and prosperity to the world.

Opportunities from China’s Growth

In his remarks, President Xi also talked about China’s growing economy. He said that as China continues to develop, it will offer more opportunities for other countries to grow with it.
Xi highlighted that China’s massive market can be a key factor in helping boost the global economy. By sharing its development, China hopes to build stronger partnerships that benefit everyone involved.

Focus on the Futur

The meeting between Ambassador Bình and President Xi shows the deep importance that both countries place on diplomacy and peaceful cooperation. It also reflects the shared goal of building a future based on trust, friendship, and shared progress.

This event was not just a formal ceremony—it was a step toward deeper communication, better trade partnerships, cultural exchange, and closer political ties. It shows how much both Vietnam and China value their relationship and want to work together for a better tomorrow.

The presentation of credentials by Ambassador Phạm Thanh Bình marked the beginning of a new chapter in Vietnam-China relations. With warm greetings exchanged and commitments made, both sides are looking ahead to a future filled with trust, development, and partnership.

As the ambassador begins his term in China, his mission will be to promote peace, strengthen friendship, and build bridges of cooperation between the two neighbors. This historic event stands as a reminder that dialogue and diplomacy are powerful tools for building a better world.
